On February 26, The FLOW will hosting a panel discussion as part of the New York City Human Resources Administration's (HRA) Black History Program for their employees. This will be the second year that The Flow has been invited to participate in this event.

Spoken Word Artists LadySeoul and Fabien Miranda will perform their poetry.

Topic: Relationship Skills:AreYou Really Suited To Be In A Relationship?

Just because you can be in a relationship, does not mean you should. Just because you are in a relationship doesn't mean you possess the tools to make it sucessful. Are you really calabrated for success in a relationship? How do you know?
